Instructions for Mid-Term I Examinations 2025-26 (Grade 1 to 10)

Dear Parents,

Kindly note the following **important instructions** regarding the upcoming Mid-Term I Examinations:

1. School Timings

   School Timings during examination will be from **8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.** School buses will ply accordingly.

2. Tiffin

   Students are supposed to bring **only one tiffin** during the examination period.

3. Transport Facility

   Transport facility will **only be available on examination days.**

4. Preparatory Leave

   On days when there is no examination, it will be considered as **Preparatory Leave.**

5. Doubt-Solving Sessions

   Students may come for doubt-solving sessions if they wish. Timings for the same will be **10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.** Please note **transport facility will not be available** for doubt-solving sessions.

6. Re-examination Policy

   **No re-examination will be conducted under any circumstances.** Only for genuine medical reasons, aggregate marks will be allotted.

7. Fees Clearance & Hall Tickets

   Parents are requested to kindly **clear all pending school fees at the earliest.** Hall Tickets for Mid Term I Examination will be issued subject to clearing all fees dues. **No student will be permitted to write examination without a Hall Ticket.**
